To interview as many nannies as possible agency register ideally 2 - 3 months before the start date Most nannies have to give 4 – 6 weeks notice to a current employer.

• We send appropriate CVs of nannies who have confirmed they can genuinely consider your vacancy days and hours then at your request arrange interviews.
• If they gain a 2nd interview their past and present references will be sent to you
In the employers interest to keep our final £350 agency fee often 70% lower than other agencies you will be email invoiced on the day a nanny accepts your job offer for bank transfer payment within 3 office days to confirm.
REFUND - From the day the nanny starts there is a 6-week probationary and if for any reason the nanny leaves we will refund £100 of the agency £350 fee.
