We appreciate you may want to register with more than one agency but research shows most nannies register solely with us as we only introduce daily nannies so we will not offer you day nursery, mother’s help or housekeeping jobs.

Employing a nanny in the child’s own home is the most expensive form of childcare. Most employers have to budget carefully for so to reduce costs insist on an Ofsted Registered nanny to claim childcare tax credits or consider a less experienced nanny. Your salary will be based on the actual nanny employment years you have done. An agency would look foolish suggesting employers pay a person with none or even up 2 years nanny experience the same salary as a nanny with up to 10 years.

CRB police check and insurance  - we believe it to be a nannies responsibility to prove clear, will you pay 50 % of the annual ofsted CRB registration cost (£50).
